About the Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AAF International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales objectives in the Rocky Mountains region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Proven sales experience in a technical industry, preferably with a focus on customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to large groups
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization, with a focus on customer satisfaction
