About the Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AAF International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the Rockies region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of external sales representatives and direct sales activities to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the Rockies region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
