Role Description: As an Education Support Specialist, you will be working with students who require additional support due to their special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will use your psychological knowledge to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in a one-on-one or group setting to promote their academic and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with educational psychologists, teachers, and support staff to ensure students receive the best possible support.

Salary and Career Development: Our salary range is £22,000 - £28,000 per year, with opportunities for career progression in education, psychology, and related fields through comprehensive training and professional development programs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional needs of children and young people.
