Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Designing and delivering training sessions on SEN best practices for teachers and support staff.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement school policies on inclusion and diversity.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to colleagues on how to create an inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEN and a strong commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in education.
