Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis to ensure they access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
  • Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials as needed.
  • Providing pastoral care and promoting positive behavior in line with school policies.
  • Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
