Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team at Mishawakapremier. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing rental accounts, ensuring timely payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage rental accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Deliver, retrieve, relocate, and service rented merchandise in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform minor repairs on rented merchandise and return it to the store for further repair if necessary.
- Review and verify rental agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the back room and company vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- One year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds.
This role requires frequent travel from store to store and may involve working in various weather conditions. The ability to cope with emotional and mental stress associated with dealing with people and situations is essential.
