Job Title: Head of Commercial Finance

The Head of Commercial Finance is a key role within CV-Library, responsible for providing financial insight and actionable analysis to support business growth. This position will partner with the Sales, Operations, and Commercial leadership teams to drive profitability through data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting suite to meet the needs of the business, including executive and trading board decks, operational dashboards, and other key performance indicators.
  2. Build business cases to support investments, including potential acquisitions, and ensure forecasting processes are accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales, Operations, and Commercial Directors, providing financial guidance and support to inform business decisions.
  4. Lead a team of three and report directly to the Finance Director, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  5. Produce high-quality analysis and reporting, converting data into actionable insights to drive business performance.
  6. Act as a liaison between the Finance team and the wider business, helping to build understanding of performance and visibility of operational issues.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead a team effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
