Job Summary:

Reed Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our client, a leading multi-discipline services provider. This senior role is pivotal in providing an efficient project-level finance function and delivering accurate financial management accounting information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly Management Accounts, including detailed commentary and analysis.
  • Assist in the mobilisation of complex new contracts and set up new project structures for the Operations Team, ensuring seamless integration and effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior divisional management teams to ensure a deep understanding of their financial results and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain vigilant control over credit management, ensuring timely and correct payments within the sector.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive margin improvement through better working practices and process optimization.
  • Support the bid team with tender commercials, providing financial expertise and guidance.
  • Lead commercial projects and manage the commercial and invoicing needs of consolidation centres, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and relevant experience in Management Accounts.
  • Strong commercial experience and ability to work in a standalone position.
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with SAP, although not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance professionals.
