Finance and Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and recording of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and grants. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all financial data is accurately recorded and stored.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial processing, including budget preparation, income and expenditure management, and grant reporting. You will work closely with our HR & Business Support Manager to review and improve administrative and financial processes within our organization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
As a Finance and Administration Officer, you will support our Team Manager in budget allocations, systems, data collation, and monitoring returns. You will also assist in the continuous improvement of our service and participate in personal and team development opportunities.
