Indigo Childcare Group is a leading provider of high-quality childcare services across the Glasgow area, dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. **Responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative support to the finance and operations teams
- Managing the purchase ledger and processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations and preparing payment runs
- Credit control and chasing overdue payments
- General office administration duties such as answering phone calls, filing and photocopying
- Providing support with HR and recruitment as required
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative and finance role (preferred)
- Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Sage Accounting
