Finance Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team in Greenock. As a key member of our accounts and finance department, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support to the Accounts and Reporting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts and Reporting team
  • Support with a range of accounts functions, including data processing and document management
  • Process high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure documents are up to date and processed in line with financial deadlines
  • Work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure data is processed efficiently
Requirements:
  • Experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Please note that a Credit Check and Disclosure Scotland Check are required for this role.
