**More about the role**:
As our Finance Assistance you will provide essential support to the Location Accountant or Finance Business Partner in ensuring effective financial management within venue.
- The role involves analysing the financial performance of on-site teams to identify strengths and weaknesses, assisting in driving performance improvements through cost-saving initiatives and revenue optimisation strategies, and monitoring the financial impact of change initiatives
- Additionally, you will handle various financial administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports, to maintain accurate financial records. Through collaboration and communication with stakeholders, the Finance Assistant facilitates alignment and coordination, ultimately contributing to the organization's financial success and achievement of its objectives
**About you**:
- (Preferable) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis or administration
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders
- Organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in supporting change initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams is desirable
- Proactive and collaborative approach with a keen attention to detail
- Commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Passion for contributing to the overall success of the organisation through sound financial management practices
