About the Role

The Volunteering Services team at The Scouts Association is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of HQ Volunteering Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, induction, and training of volunteers at our headquarters.

Working closely with the UK Volunteer Support Team, you will develop and implement systems, processes, and guidance to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our volunteers. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to build a positive and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment and induction of volunteers at HQ
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure a smooth volunteer experience
  • Work closely with the UK Volunteer Support Team to achieve team goals
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements
