About the Role


We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts, identifying new business opportunities and working closely with leading brands in the CPG space.



Key Responsibilities



  • Gain a good understanding of clients' businesses, markets, and audiences
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals with excellent negotiation skills
  • Stay self-motivated, organized, and excel at time management
  • Consultative sales experience with a record of managing multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the CPG industry or experience in a SaaS environment


The Ideal Candidate


You will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in business development, able to build strong relationships with clients and drive growth through innovative strategies.

Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 + uncapped OTE, plus a range of benefits that support your well-being and career development.
