Nursing Associate South West Community Care

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nursing Associate to join our Community Nursing Team in the South West. As a highly respected professional, you will be providing exceptional care to patients within their own homes.
Utilising your breadth of knowledge and skills, you will provide holistic and person-centred care and support for people over 18 who require nursing care. You will work independently under the leadership of registered nurses or other professionals, delivering all aspects of the nursing process as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as a generous NHS Pension scheme, up to 27 days annual leave (increasing with service), options for flexible working, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analysis of information, planning, and organisational skills. They will also be NMC registered and required to work within the NMC Code of Practice and Professional guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing routine care and treatment tasks for patients under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Attending workplace and staff engagement meetings to contribute positively to discussions about improving care
