Job Summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd is seeking an experienced Employers Agent to join their team in Wokingham, Berkshire. As an Employers Agent, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual performance of projects, contract administration, and supporting the commercial procurement and contractual strategies.

  • Risk management process implementation
  • Procurement strategy advice
  • Tender lists production
  • Tender documents preparation and evaluation
  • Contract recommendation reports
  • Contract document production
  • Contractor interim payments
  • Cost reports and forecasting
  • Variations
  • Site visits for progress monitoring, inspections, and handover management

Requirements

  • RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • Consultancy background
  • Residential largescale new build experience preferred
  • MRICS or working towards
