Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Employers Agent to join our team at Hunter Dunning, a leading global cost consultancy. As an Employers Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of new build residential schemes in the Thames Valley region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial and contractual performance of projects
  • Contract administration and management
  • Supporting commercial procurement and contractual strategies
  • Preparing cost budgets, appraisals, and reviews
  • Providing advice to clients on development plans and value engineering
  • Undertaking design reviews and project reviews
  • Implementing risk management processes and advising on procurement strategies
  • Producing tender lists, contract documents, and evaluating tender responses
  • Managing contractor interim payments, cost reports, and forecasting
  • Managing variations and site visits to monitor progress and inspections
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • Consultancy background with residential largescale new build experience
  • MRICS or working towards
