Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Building Surveying/Project Management team as an Employers Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and contractual performance of projects, including contract administration, commercial procurement and contractual strategies, project and programme reviews, risk management, and contractor interim payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial and contractual performance of projects
  • Contract administration
  • Support commercial procurement and contractual strategies
  • Project and programme reviews
  • Implement risk management process
  • Contractor interim payments
  • Site visits to monitor progress, inspections, and manage handover

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • Residential largescale new build experience preferred
