About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Reading, UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team on a construction project, working closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large project teams, motivating individuals and resolving conflicts to ensure high safety standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and other relevant industry standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (NVQ level 6 or higher).
  • Chartered level of qualification desirable (APM, CIOB, or engineering institution membership preferred).
  • Ability to obtain minimum level of SC Clearance.
  • UK Driving license and ability to work and live in the UK.

  • Superior interpersonal skills for effective client and team communication.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to project change and make decisions to maximize company benefits.
  • Conflict resolution experience and ability to manage team member disagreements.
