About the Role

As a Graduate Project Manager at Jacobs, you will play a key role in the delivery of our service to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting Senior Project Managers to deliver projects successfully by managing the profit and loss across all phases of project activities, including planning and execution on projects that range from small to large in value and a variety of scope that include engineering, procurement, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Project Managers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage the profit and loss across all phases of project activities, including planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements

  • Be working towards a relevant degree such as Project Management, Engineering, Sciences, Construction, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Have good people management skills, good business awareness, and a desire to positively influence project outcomes.
  • Be a flexible self-starter who is keen to drive their career forward.
  • Be adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things.
  • Have the permanent right to work in the UK.
