As a B2B Telesales Account Manager at Realise Recruitment Ltd, you will have the opportunity to take on a new and exciting challenge in sales. You will be responsible for developing new leads and opportunities, generating sales with business customers of all sizes, and fully account managing their accounts. This is a role that carries genuine earning potential depending on your own personal sales delivery.
About the Role
As a B2B Telesales Account Manager, you will be making high-volume outbound telesales calls to decision-makers at the highest level within target businesses. You will have fantastic rapport-building and listening skills, and be money-hungry and target-driven. A previous background in outbound sales is required, with experience in most B2B/SME sales areas being of interest as the skills are very transferable to this sector.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
What We Offer
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 starting base, with OTE up to £40,000+ uncapped. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and driven by results to earn a high income.
