The Oakleaf Partnership is currently seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill the role of TUPE Project Specialist. As part of our client's team, you will contribute to the delivery of a successful TUPE project by providing expert HR guidance and support.

Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the project team with all aspects of the TUPE project, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Your exceptional project management skills will enable the team to navigate complex challenges and meet deadlines.

Main Accountabilities
  • Provide HR guidance and support to the project team, focusing on TUPE due diligence and consultation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive communications strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of a robust risk management plan to mitigate potential issues.
  • Create and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Design and implement a thorough aftercare plan to support employees throughout the project.

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
Location: Central London, Hybrid Work Arrangement
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (5 months)
