Job Summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage HR Sales Cycles, TUPE transition, and Change Management of projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and provide UK employment law advice.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and implement business-focused strategies to meet project needs.
  • • Provide up-to-date and accurate UK employment law guidance to ensure compliance.
  • • Analyze complex or sensitive matters and identify effective solutions.
  • • Conduct investigations and manage potential legal threats and risks.
  • • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular communication and updates.
  • • Create and issue legally compliant documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • • Maintain accurate records and documentation for employee transitions and change management.
  • • Deliver training sessions on TUPE and change management best practices to managers and employees.
  • • Perform additional tasks as required to support the team's objectives.

Your Profile:

  • Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
  • • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, particularly TUPE, redundancy, and restructuring principles.
  • • Strong understanding of TUPE regulations and their application in various scenarios.
  • • Proven strategic and operational work capabilities, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • • Excellent people skills, including conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
  • • Effective communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Significant experience in TUPE transition, restructuring, and redundancy management, with a track record of success.
  • • Substantial experience in managing individuals, agendas, and issues, with a focus on finding pragmatic solutions.
