Job Overview

Gartner seeks a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of interview scheduling processes, ensuring seamless integration with business partners to drive hiring goals across Talent Acquisition.
  • Management of Recruiting Coordinators, providing strong leadership through performance management, reviews, hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team on change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong program management skills/experience, with 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
