We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Psychometrics Manager. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 members across three locations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-manage with the CEO the development and implementation of psychometric tests and innovations across our platform, referentials, and various HR tools.
- Contribute to the conception of innovative projects and work with the CEO to operationalize new ideas.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Data Science, Marcom, and Sales departments, to ensure the successful delivery of assessment products.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all assessment-related products.
Requirements:
- Master/undergraduate in psychology
- ~5+ years experience in psychometrics/HR product development sector and relevant experience in team management
- ~ English (fluent), French is a plus

- Communicative, flexible, and curious
Work Environment:
A hybrid set up (one day in the office/week)
