Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the defence, first responders, and security sectors? We are seeking an European Sales Manager - RF Power Amplifiers to join our team in the West Country and drive the growth of our leading range of solutions and applications across EMEA.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international defence, first responders, and security sectors, as well as demonstrable success in identifying and winning new business within military/government/security in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will be local to Herefordshire or able to travel to the head office twice per week and have technical experience in electronics - RF specifically.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's sales across EMEA.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the military/government/security sector.
  3. Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous performance-related bonus/OTE. You will also receive a company car/car allowance and weekly EMEA travel expenses fully covered.
