International Sales Strategist

As a key member of the Redline Group Ltd team, you will be responsible for leading our European sales efforts for RF Power Amplifiers in the Defence, First Responders, and Security sectors. With a proven track record in EMEA sales, you will have a strong understanding of the International Defence, First Responders, and Security sectors.
You will be based locally to Herefordshire or able to travel to the Head Office twice per week. A competitive basic salary of £65,000 and generous performance-related bonus/OTE are on offer, along with a company car/car allowance and weekly EMEA travel expenses fully covered.
The ideal candidate will have technical experience in electronics - RF specifically, and have or be able to achieve security clearance. You will also have demonstrable success in identifying and winning new business within Military/Government/Security in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as the ability to put together growth strategies to expand the company's sales.
