Key Responsibilities- Lead activity sessions for children and young people, maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring all paperwork, including risk assessments, consent forms, and behavior management plans are completed and kept up to date.
- Liaise with parents and manage group bookings to ensure a smooth and effective service delivery.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for diverse age groups and abilities, promoting social interaction and skill development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
