Assessment and Review Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work alongside Social Workers in our Adult Social Care team, using strengths-based approaches to deliver our statutory functions in a person-centered, proportionate, and enabling way.
About the Role: As part of our expanding workforce, we have a number of permanent Assessment and Review Officer posts available across our community teams, including Short-term services and the Long Term Learning Disability team. Both full-time and part-time vacancies are available.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting Social Work Teams in delivering their statutory duties under the Care Act (2014), working in partnership with customers and carers to enable them to lead more independent, healthy, and fulfilling lives as part of their local communities.
Requirements: We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are committed to safeguarding vulnerable adults and working in a person-centered, proportionate, and enabling way.
