Customer Service Training Specialist

Main Purpose of RoleThe role will be suited to someone who has a passion for learning and development, supporting our apprentices from day one and throughout their apprenticeship journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for the training delivery and assessment for a cohort of Head Office apprentices working towards their Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.
Main Responsibilities- Coach and develop apprentices during individual progress reviews, selecting quality evidence to showcase and stretch capabilities.
- Deliver inspiring and motivational training that engages learners to achieve the desired impact.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current training sessions, suggesting improvements.
- Research and write engaging training content for virtual and classroom delivery.
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment.
- Previous experience of classroom/remote delivery.
- Previous delivery experience of Functional Skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including a bonus scheme and opportunities for professional development.
