Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director - Healthcare to join our dynamic team at The BD Guys. The role requires a proven track record of business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team. You will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development within healthcare
  • Proven track record of leading/managing a team, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and consistently under pressure
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and reports

$100,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
