Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Chapter Leader, Software Engineering to join our Digital Platforms & Infrastructure Technology department in Warwick. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, leadership expertise, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain software engineering standards and best practices
  • Develop and implement processes that align with organizational goals and drive performance
  • Lead and manage a collaborative team of software engineering professionals
  • Foster innovation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with national and international standards
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strategic technology leadership experience, IT infrastructure, analytics, and outsourcing management
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing people and teams
  • Deep technical and functional knowledge in software engineering
  • Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on data
  • Experience with resource planning and allocation
  • Proficiency in developing custom business applications and creating interactive visualizations
  • Experience with ServiceNow, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Git, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, and Azure CLI
