Tenant Liaison Specialist

Are you a customer-focused individual looking for a new challenge in property services? We are seeking a Tenant Liaison Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser, a leading provider of temporary-to-permanent solutions.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work closely with tenants during property maintenance and refurbishment projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate schedules with contractors to minimize disruption to tenants.
You will also maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and project progress, ensuring that all parties are informed throughout the process.
What We're Looking For:- A proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably within property services or housing.
- A valid UK driving license would be advantageous.
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.00 per hour (umbrella).
- A six-month temporary contract with the prospect of becoming a permanent member of our team.
- An attractive hourly rate reflecting your expertise and experience.
- The chance to develop your skills and knowledge in property services, working closely with a dynamic team.
