Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- You will be responsible for collating and analysing complex information or data, submitting results in a written report.
- You will oversee administrative procedures and processes, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- If required, you may also assist with budget preparation and control.
- You will act as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- You will prepare routine correspondence, ensuring that all documents are accurate and well-presented.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
