Tenant Relations Specialist

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing clear and regular updates to tenants on project progress, ensuring that they are fully informed and up-to-date throughout the process.
- Coordinating schedules with contractors to minimize disruption to tenants, while also ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard.
- Maintaining accurate records of tenant interactions and project progress, using these to inform future decision-making and improve overall service delivery.
- Resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, always with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
We are seeking an individual with proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within property services, housing, or social care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
