Parts Sales Development Manager

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead business development efforts in the Manchester and Birmingham market areas, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business development plans, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the Group Parts Manager, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the automotive parts industry
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
