About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Express Recruitment. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships, and providing consultative support to ensure high retention and net revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of clients, developing a deep understanding of their business models to tailor solutions.
  • Develop own new sales pipeline through generating leads, cold calling, and networking.
  • Occasionally travel to face-to-face meetings, including client offices, events, and conferences.
  • Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations.
  • Handle own internal administration, including updating the CRM, providing monthly reports, and sales pipeline forecasting.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role in an IT MSP environment, selling hardware/technical/telecom support.
  • Rounded software and hardware knowledge, including cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365, and network technologies.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to tailor technical solutions for specific client requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner, able to develop positive rapport and relations with stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving license essential.
