**Job Title:** Cosmetics Account Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetics Account Manager to join our team at Career Cross Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing business, maintaining good client relationships, and maximizing revenues and profitability within customer accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage customer accounts to maximize revenue and profitability on an international basis.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Create contact reports and quotations, ensure that production orders are raised in a timely manner. Maintain accurate client records.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensure any quotation issued is within the company's approval procedure and margin policies.
- Ensure client approval meetings are properly prepared and executed.
- Ensure that sales administration and record keeping is performed for the accounts for which you are responsible.
**Essential Skills:**
- Manage your own time and occasionally work additional hours to complete your function as a sales manager.
- Ensure project profitability in conjunction with the project manager and the key account manager. Commercial responsibility is assumed from a price perspective in line with the commercial policy of the company.
- Foreign travel will be required as will overnight and possible weekend stays (where necessary).
- Full after-sales responsibilities are required through the projects' lifespan in conjunction with the aftersales personnel managing spares / updates.
- Sales forecasting and project updates on a monthly basis.
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm
