Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Rapport Guest Services. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage and coordinate all guest requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the building manager and participate in events and activities at the reception area
- Build and maintain relationships with office occupiers and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle internal and external calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and guest service
- Be flexible and adaptable to provide ad-hoc services as required
- Ensure all interactions are in line with Rapport Guest Services standards
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role
- Outgoing personality with a creative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and think proactively
