- Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers, guests, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Previous experience in a Corporate Receptionist or Front of House role, with a strong customer service focus.
- High level of customer service excellence and skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Property or real estate experience is highly desirable.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and professional nature, with a strong passion for the company's brand and image.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Self-sufficient in dealing with issues, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
