Role Overview:

Coyle Personnel is seeking an experienced Assistant Timekeeper and Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the timekeeper with the upload of timesheets onto Oracle R12 and Replicon software
  • Ensure timely submission and receipt of allocation sheets
  • Reconcile hours worked/paid
  • Maintain absence/sickness/holiday records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and timekeeping
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages

Estimated Salary: £28,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
