Job Overview:

Coyle Personnel is seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to assist with administrative tasks and ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft packages.

  • Reconcile weekly hours worked/paid.
  • Verify correct booking codes are applied on allocation sheets.
  • Process staff monthly overtime sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Timekeeper with uploading timesheets/hours onto Oracle R12 & Replicon software.
  2. Maintain accurate Absence/Sickness/Holiday Records.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft packages.

Salary: £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
