Key Responsibilities- Oversee facilities management activities with third-party service providers and in-house teams
- Develop strong relationships with employees and key business stakeholders
- Assist in event planning
- Membership or Associate Membership of IWFM (desirable)
- Accreditation with IOSH and/or NEBOSH (desirable)
- Proven experience in Facilities Management at a management level
- Expertise in Procurement and Tender Processes
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a newly refurbished office space, opportunities for professional development, and a collaborative work environment.
