Job Description: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. Your duties will include:
• Administering contracts, including budgetary control and risk management
• Collaborating with the site team and subcontractors to optimize solutions
• Preparing and submitting applications for payment or assessment of payment certificates
• Providing contractual advice to the project team as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policy and contractual requirements
