Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Altech Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our long-term strategy and roadmap for Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on conversion pages, ensuring peak performance and maximum return. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and instigating changes on the conversion pages. Your technical expertise and data-driven approach will enable you to run tests on pages and forms across all devices and browsers to spot faults.
Key Responsibilities
- Run tests on pages and forms to identify areas for improvement
- Update forms using basic HTML and CSS
- Analyse data using Excel and SQL
- Write SQL queries to explore data
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a keen eye for tracking consumer behaviour and a solid understanding of performance optimisation. Experience in an agency or e-commerce environment with exposure to form-based conversion optimisation is highly desirable.
Working Arrangements
You will be required to work from our Liverpool HQ for 2 days a week, so location is a consideration. The salary for this role is £40,000-£50,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
