Account Management Role

As an Account Consultancy Executive at The Lead Agency, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key automotive brands and media agencies, making a significant impact within our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, monitoring and analysing lead volumes and conversion rates across campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation and ensure maximum performance for each account.
  • Work with clients to develop comprehensive account strategies aimed at long-term success.
  • Prepare for client meetings by gathering data, creating slide decks, and ensuring all necessary follow-up actions are completed.

Requirements:

  • A deep passion for the automotive industry, with a thorough understanding of industry trends and a drive to stay ahead of market developments.
  • Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role, with the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
  • An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring leads and campaigns are of the highest quality and accurately managed.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to clients, making calls, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
