About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Account Executive to join our Commercial team at The Lead Agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping top automotive brands succeed in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and their agencies, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee client accounts, monitoring lead volumes and conversion rates to identify areas for optimisation and improve overall account performance.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure each client account is fully optimised, contributing to the strategy for enhancing the future growth of each account in alignment with The Lead Agency's long-term goals.
  • Collaborate on account strategies to drive campaign success and ensure long-term client retention, helping to plan the future direction of each account.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the highest standard of enquiries sent to clients, reporting any irregularities to internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and system integrity.
