Job Title: Graduate Account Executive - Automotive

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Account Executive to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, including major automotive brands and their marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive campaign success and ensure long-term client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure each client account is fully optimised and aligned with TLA's long-term goals.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the highest standard of enquiries sent to clients.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Requirements:
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to spot discrepancies and address them accurately.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
