Speech Therapist for SEN School

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Graduate Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist to support students with speech, language, and communicational needs at our Special Educational Needs (SEN) School.
The ideal candidate will work closely with qualified Speech and Language Therapists (SALT) to deliver specific interventions in small group and 1:1 settings.
About the Role- Support the class teacher in providing tailored learning experiences for students
- Behavioural and pastoral support to ensure students' emotional well-being
- Establish strong relationships with students to foster a positive learning environment
- Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to meet individual students' needs
Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver targeted support for students' language acquisition
Work alongside SALTs to implement evidence-based interventions
