Aston-on-Trent Primary School is seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will support children's learning within a wide range of year groups, working closely with experienced teachers and staff. Our school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment that enables pupils to achieve their personal best.

This role will also include midday supervision duties, where you will be responsible for the physical, social, and emotional welfare of our students.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, prepare engaging learning materials, and adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Preparing and adapting learning materials to suit different age groups and abilities
  • Providing individualised support to students with specific needs
  • Maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
